Does Ultimate Colon Cleanse Side Effects?

I can say many good things about Ultimate Colon Cleanse. This is the first time that I am using colon cleanse product, and the product wasn’t disappointed. Friend of mine did the Almighty Cleanse, and she said it was very gentle and I saw her stomach got much flatter. I started researching on the internet for good colon cleanses products and found Ultimate Colon Cleanse had good reviews from magazine articles.Today is on my 20th day of using Ultimate Colon Cleanse, and I already lost 8 lbs. Somehow I start changing my eating patterns and I would like to eat more fruits and salads. Drinking 64 oz. of water a day is not hard anymore (which by the way you have to do on the program). Some recommend not use to use colon cleanses as a way to lose weight, but for me it worked very well. I have at lease one bowel movement every morning. This morning I feel my stomach cramp. I think it’s because I drank some tea for 10 minutes. The product recommendation that you should steep it for 2 minutes but some do it longer, even up to 8. I’ve been steeping the tea for 8 minutes with fine results, but I always monitor and see how much my body can handle. I am going back to 8 minutes tonight. Another thing I would like mention is because I usually drink energy drinks. I don’t prefer those because I get a little nervous with it, but I haven’t had to drink an energy drink since I started ultimate colon cleanse program. Last week I worked 7 days last week, but I was still alert.
