One way to do your own colon cleanse is to use an alkaline diet drink called a “green drink.” Another way is to do a master cleanse by going on a fast for a few days while drinking lemonade water with cayenne pepper. I have tried this and it does work. However, I was instructed also to drink a half a glass of warm water with non-iodized sea salt.

I can reassure you that it did work, but in order to keep a very clean colon, would require me to take this on a consistent basis and if you have ever tasted sea salt, you know how bad it taste and how strong it is for too much intake.
